Kabarnya gara-gara kuliahnya jeblok” Aku punya jawaban template untuk masalah kayak gitu, “Setiap jaman tantangannya beda.”

Memori kembali ke 7 tahun lalu. Di tahun 2002, sebuah sudut kos-kosan Gebang Lor, Surabaya. Di kos-kosan Hendra itu sebagian kita berkumpul, saling membacem tugas, bertukar ilmu sampai ngobrol nggak jelas dan main WE. Kuliah berat, bahasa pemrograman terasa sebagai bahasa planet yang nggak jelas apa maknanya, dalam praktikum kita ngehadapin asdos yang kejam, belum lagi senior jahat yang membuat kampus serasa neraka jahanam.

Transformer: Revenge of The Fallen (Movie Review)

Jumat kemarin aku nonton film ini di Hollywood KC 21 dengan seorang teman. Mari aku review film ini, and remember spoiler warning, but who cares?

Transformer dibuka dengan penyerbuan pasukan Aliansi Transformer dan Pemerintah AS ke Shanghai, China untuk menangkap sebuah Decepticon(atau 2 nggak jelas juga, mobil silver itu decepticon juga nggak sih?). Apa yang seharusnya misi sederhana menjadi perang terbuka di Shanghai, karena mendekati seorang robot raksasa tanpa penjagaan perimeter cukup bodoh.

Tentang Flu, Babi!

Aku seperti merasa membaca The Onion saat membaca berita di Reuters ini.

Dari judulnya aja bikin ngakak, “Afghanistan’s only pig quarantined in flu fear”.

Lebih jauh lagi dalam berita ini kita bisa membaca bagaimana penghuni paling terkenal dalam kebun binatang di Afghanistan ini, seekor singa bernama (alm.)Marjan bertarung melawan pejuang Mujahid. Let me quote:

Mujahideen fighters then ate the deer and rabbits and shot dead the zoo’s sole elephant. Shells shattered the aquarium.

One fighter climbed into the lion enclosure but was immediately killed by Marjan, the zoo’s most famous inhabitant. The man’s brother returned the next day and lobbed a hand grenade at the lion leaving him toothless and blind.

He have to get a medal for his courageous act. He is freakin war hero for the Zoo vs Mujaheed battle!

Dan mereka bilang Mujaheed itu pemberani? Hey, dia ngelempar granat ke seekor singa di dalam kandang! Itu tindakan paling pengecut. Kalau memang berani harusnya dia menantang Marjan dalam hand-to-hand combat.

Okey.. kembali soal flu babi, artikel ini menulis:
